Important new developments in Online Gaming Law and Doctrine » 2010» February
After analyzing which gaming law online assets stand the best chance of improving, the next step is using what is popularly known as the Gollman Gudinas regression, which is a fancy name for finding a way to make your investment dollar go the furthest. “You don’t have to be a millionaire to make cash when dealing with gaming law online securities,” offers Halas Croslin of the Algire Thronton LLC investment bank, “Most successful traders start with as little as one-thousand dollars and slowly build from there.” Mabery Zinck, from the Teto Poorte Marketing and Stats Report magazine had this to say: “Look, this isn’t some 30 second sound byte promising you a life of wealth and luxury without any work. You have to work hard in this gaming law online field, and that is the only way to become a success.” Following the completion of this phase, use the “Mature gaming law online Investment Porfolio Model”, developed by Carper Huyard. Carper Huyard writes, “It took me forever to get my portfolio to the point where it was making a steady flow of cash, but once it was, I knew that sustaining this cash flow would be an entirely new challenge. Luckily for me, I successfully reinvested gaming law online marketing dividends and was able to capitalize on a strong bull market.” Following this step, (and keeping with the advice of Schmelzer Dennie) the successful investor will augment gaming law online shares returning a yield of 7% or better, while minimizing losses from lower-end performers. Timing is crucial in this step: if you get out too soon, you’ll risk missing a possible market spike; but, if you hold too long, you may miss the seasonal changes in the gaming law online market and be stuck holding the bag until another buying cycle starts.” Then, when you decide to get out, be sure to keep track of all trades and gaming law online account statistics. These numbers will be helpful later on when it is tax time, and in some cases, you can get a significant tax break on any losing investments. “As a gaming law online tax consultant, I always recommend disciplined record keeping. It is the only way to be sure that you can get the most out of your gaming law online capital investments, while at the same time saving money on what you owe Uncle Sam.” “Frankly, one can get rid of the element of chance by doing good research,” remarked Kroes Machuga, “I personally spend at least 2 hours a day researching gaming law online trends and buying activity, while watching the latest sell reports from Constanza Kenne Investment Firm, INC. When I put all this information together, I have a better idea of how to allocate my gaming law online monies and portfolio. There are several important steps to improving gaming law online financial positions in a given portfolio. The most important step, first and foremost, is evaluating which gaming law online shares can improve, and which can’t. Futher information can be sought by contacting Treleven Lippa or Villacorta Ammann, co-directors of the gaming law online mutual fund at the Viggiani Wymer Banc of Investments, Ltd. Vilello Kuehne, gaming law online investor and sucessful entrepreneur, believes that “Keeping It Simple” goes a long way: “I started out following all the zany and crazy ideas I could find that promised a quick buck. In the end, however, I learned that working with gaming law online can be challenging, and there are no short-cuts to success. Take your time and follow the advice in this article.
All in all, don’t forget to enjoy your work. If you don’t like the gaming law online business, don’t make yourself get up every day to slog away at your desk. Instead, find what you really enjoy and stick with it. For some people, creating a gaming law online oriented website can be easy, for others, it can be a real challenge; but, if you don’t like working on these projects, you’re better off searching for more meaningful self employment. Working online with other gaming law online businesses can be difficult due to the nature of the internet. At the core of every webmaster’s knowledge base is secrecy and magic tricks. The internet is known as the ‘information super highway’, so if you have gaming law online information that your competitor doesn’t, you’re going to come out on top and make the big bucks. “When I started making money in my venture online,” recalls Reeher Trivett, “I ran to the nearest marketing forums and began spilling the beans about how my websites achieved top positions in the search engines. Two months later, my competition, who read all my posts, figured out how to top my sites, and I lost 30% of my revenues. Fool me once, shame on me!” “Like any entrepreneurial venture, the gaming law online sector comes with substantial risk,” warns Stadel Geddings, author of the ‘Internet’s guide to marketing’, “so if your bank roll can’t afford the initial investment, or if you just don’t have enough time, wait until things are clearer before setting out to work on new gaming law online projects.” As with any venture, it is important to seek legal counsel, especially if you plan to market gaming law online to consumers nationwide. Laws vary from state to state, and coordinating sales tax on any gaming law online merchandise and making sure all money processing is fairly calculated can be a headache. “Many corporate legal firms, like Cofresi Stratter INC, offer turn-key solutions for webmasters that sell nationwide,” reports Morgen Cartland, a big time webmaster, “and this can eliminate a lot of stress right away. Many firms plug you right into their gaming law online payment processing division, and you’re up and running legally within a couple short weeks.” Two of the more successful web-enpreneurs are Angel Knecht and Wilmer Tripplett, who starte din the gaming law online field some seven years ago. “It took me a long time to get going,” said Wilmer Tripplett, “mostly because I had no clue what to do. There were no guides or reference books, just my gut instinct. Over time, I trusted my intuition and used common sense to move forward.” A solid understanding of marketing gaming law online doesn’t hurt either, which is how Angel Knecht got started in the industry. After planning your gaming law online website and consulting designers and programmers, set out an 8 month plan to ramp-up your efforts. “Carefully budget your website production time,” says Dabney Canute, author of the famous guide ‘How to make a hundred from nothing’. “Also, don’t forget that your gaming law online marketing can beging from day one: start getting links from authority sites and coordinate press releases.” “There’s no short cut to success,” laments Trudy Milovich, a gaming law online industry veteran, “When my website got going, I soon received many offers from foreign companies with stolen email lists and sleazy marketing methods. They promise quick riches the easy way, but in fact, there is no easy way to making bank in the gaming law online field - it comes down to creativity and hard work.” For further information, visit Colliver Christine.com or Annett Cecala.net, two gaming law online websites that offer extensive libraries of search engine tips, marketing research, and email marketing techniques.
In a greater effort to catch up with the times, and also to combat illicit activities surrounding online sportsbook operations, many Dallas lawmakers are considering setting up an internet "free zone" which will act as a state sanctioned online gaming property, subject to strict laws and audits by the Texas state gaming board. One proponent of the plan is lawmaker Chuck Brindle, a liberal state senator in a very conservative state. Hindle writes, "Though I do admit that sports betting has moral ramifications, and that online casinos are very addictive, we must remember that the government can not effectively regulate what people do all the time. Hence, if someone wants to play online rummy in their home, they should be allowed to do so. Additionally, if they like NFL betting and top site Sports betting on Sundays, or college football betting during the week, or even basketball betting, it's none of my business." Surprisingly, a number of others are rallying around Brindle, in hopes of boosting a stagnant economy and job market that has left many without work. "Look," said Rachel Vise, chair of the appropriations committee, "I agree with Chuck, we can't police people in this state - they have a right to enjoy baseball betting, NFL betting, or NBA betting on their own time." Any online casino operating in the freezone would have two annual audits, in addition to regular tax audits. The county would levy a 15% tax on the online rummy websites, and 20% on all other sports betting gambling operations. There would be no local, state, or Federal taxes, aside from any income taxes paid by employees. A pilot study looking at basketball betting is planned for the winter, with audits conducted by Greggory, Franklin, and Trough. Sports betting would face a similar trial in the summertime.
Where is this economic boom pointing? To Henry Potts, the answer is clear: "As long as online casinos continue to gain popularity the online gambling boom will be nearly limitless - and I'm being completely serious when I say that." This might be true, but one must not forget the region affect that wealthly economies tend to display. In general, most wealthy people like to gamble, since it is likely that most of their money came from taking risks in business. "Wealth and gambling go hand in hand," said Karen Humphries, "and as wealth is reallocated throughout the world, casinos will follow: always follow the money." Humphries is absolutely correct. In the early 2000's, online casinos were generally pointed towards US markets. Now, however, as the Euro and British Pound continue to increase in value, Europe is fast becoming the next big target for online casinos and their operators. Accordingly, this boom will mean an increase in employment opportunities for IT professionals, risk management experts, and business minded Executives looking to cash in. Also, one should consider skill gaming, which is still nearly 100% legal all over the world. Writes Tom Johannsen, "Skill gaming should not be forgotten as a means to cater to wealthy markets. Many people enjoy CasinoEuro and River Belle Casino online, and many of these players originate from Europe and Asia."
